1. 前言
该系列轴流通风机（以下简称通风机）广泛用于各种舰船通风换气，也适用于其它相适用的场合。具有效率高、噪声低、运转平稳和满足舰船用条件要求等特点。
2. 适用条件
通风机可输送空气：含有盐雾的海洋空气和含有油雾等的腐蚀性空气。通风机满足有关的舰船标准和规范要求。通风机可以在以下条件下长期正常的工作:
环境温度：-25℃~+55℃ （+50℃）；
大相对湿度：95%；
横摇：±45º （周期8~12S）;
纵摇：±15º（周期5~7S）；
横倾：±15º；
纵倾：±10º；
振动：有；
冲击：有。
注：船用通风机的介质温度为-25℃~+50℃；无冲击。
3. 性能特点
通风机在设计和制造中充分考虑到了舰船用的特殊条件要求，具有效率高、噪声低、重量轻。叶轮经过严格的动平衡校正和超速试验，故通风机还具有耐腐蚀性好、抗摇摆、抗冲击、抗振动和运转平稳，安全可靠等特点。

JCZ（CDZ）series marine axial-flow ventilators or simply the ventilator is capable of blowing air, ocean air containing salt vapour, and corrosive air containing a small quantity of oil vapour.They are suitable for cabin air ventilation and exchange onoceangoing vessels.They are also applicable in other places that suit.
The ventilator is designed and manufacturedaccording to GB11864《Marine axial flow fans》and《The Rules andclassification of Sea-going Steel ships》approved by the Register of the People’s Republic of China.

3.CHARACTERISTICS

4. STRUCTURE TYPE
The ventilator is manufactured with a built-in casing motor structure. Thevane wheel is directly mounted on the motor shaft.
The vane wheel is made of anti-corrosive case aluminum alloy while the casing is made of welded common steel.
As desired, the casing can either be made into an integral one or an open type along the axial direction.In the later case, the vane wheel and the casing so as to bring convenience for on-the-spot repair and the replacement of its spare parts.
Viewed from the motor side, the vane wheel rotates clockwise while in service the ventilator is allowed to rotate reversely.
The ventilator can be matched with marine DC motor of 380V, 50HZ or 440V,60HZ.

现行《中国人民海军舰船建造规范》中的规定和要求进行设计制造产品经中国船级社检验合格，取得了产品船检认可。叶轮按顺时针方向旋转。相间故障是隔爆型电机绕组特有的一种电气故障。它是绕组和相之间的电绝缘。这种问题发生在不同于同一槽的层间绝缘位置。
II型管道式两种结构：I型甲板式带有风帽，防爆电机装在机架上部，整机立式安装在甲板上。II型管道式不带风帽，可立式卧式安装，也可装在甲板上。防爆轴流通风机防爆轴流通风机可制成I型甲板式通风机的防护等级：外壳防护主要是防人体触电或接近壳内带电部分或转动部分，防固体异物进入和防止由于进水，油等而引起有害影响，符合GB4942及IEC34-5规定。
可逆转，叶轮外径：Ф200~Ф1800mm 防爆风机可制成管道式和甲板式两种，防爆等级高可达ExdⅡCT5舰船用通风机的设计与制造符合以下船级社船舶规范：CCS 中国船级社。流量系数和压力系数高，效率高，噪声低LR 英国劳氏船级社。风机防爆除在风机接线处做防爆处理外，主要防爆措施是：风机进口也需要防爆，进风圈材质为铜，叶轮材质为铁叶轮或者铝合金叶轮。上述简称为金属防爆风机，又称喉口防爆风机，是金属风机防爆的简单形式。
